A New Favorite - Honey Garlic Meatballs

    2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup dry fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 tsp seasoning salt

    1 Tbsp butter
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    cup ketchup
    cup honey
    cup soy sauce

Preheat oven to 500. Combine first 4 and make walnut sized meatballs. Bake spread out on jelly roll pans for 8 mins, turn them over and bake another 8 minutes. While baking, soften garlic in butter in large frying pan. Add rest of ingredients, simmer. Add meatballs and simmer to coat.

These are even better the second day. I eat with rice, my boyfriend likes them over egg noodles, and I make a giant crockpot full of them for every party we have and they are gone almost as fast as my Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Those sound delicious, and very easy.
We only want to do it, if we can do it right.

I'll try them too. But when is the next party???? No football ! Lent -- no meat ! Easter, you have to eat eggs and ham.

Alright!! I'll make them for Memorial Day.

The chicken dip was one of my first posts here:

My next party is next weekend, for my roller derby league. After that, I'm having a Bears/Patriots 1986 Superbowl party on March 1st. Thank god for DVDs.

Once you try the chicken dip, you'll understand why I have so many parties. :-)
