I have a system at my building. No one in the area knows this system can anyone provide a manual for using and programming?

I would also appreciate a copy of any manual(s) that give some details of any Alerton controllers and displays - old and new.
In the UK the product was sold and looked after by only one company, however since the take over of one controls manufacturer by another - they have been restricted to maintenance only.

Hence many of the projects they have done, have now moved on to other systems, and the Alerton is left and often becomes the poorer relative.

I have a few customers who have Alerton units with no displays or means of access or interrogation, hence they 'stop working' in the customers eyes.

Info on the software and the unit interrogation would definately help to tell the truth and save some of the product from replacement.
