NICE!! I'm under strict orders to not exert myself for at least another week, to give my Ribs time to heal up.
I have had my Goldwing up to 127 (gps) the stupid speed said something like 135? so after 100+ mph the speedo is pretty useless. I don't know of anyone with a 1800 that has been over 130
The Goldwing tends to get more stable the faster you go, kinda like ground effects. no wobble, no shake, it just feels very solidGOVERNMENT
The only parasite dumb enough to kill it's host

I had an '02 gsxr 750 and got it up to 175mph a time or two. But that was on the speedo... First time I did it I got so exited that I sat up and damn near flew away.

I got a 1500 vulcan nomad, Just got back from Bikes blues and barbecue rally. But I prefer the hardbags and windshield look myself. Specially with that beefy 1500 rollin thunder out my two exhaust pipes. Not the fastest bike but it'll cruise at 90 and purrrrrrr. Kawasaki makes a fine bike. Had the concourse. Loved it. Eats corners like cake at a fat kid convention. *which is just as fun as it sounds*
But...alas..I have never been a harley fan I owned a 02 sportster 883. That's probably my problem is I had an 883 with solid engine mounts and all that but I hadn't been riding long and it was all I could afford. It was in perfect condition and I miss it, and I hate it at the same time..
I'm thinking..bobber this next bike..maybe Crossbones hd what you think?
Check out sucker punch sallys motorcycles just google it saw them at BBB I like the style.

I totally understand some of your comments about friends getting killed. Over the past 35 years, I've lost count. I won't stop living for being afraid of dying. When you do, you're already dead.
Bath tubs and showers are Dangerous too.

My Aspencade sounds like a sewing machine but it's hard to keep it under 60.
