Trane XV90 exhaust running while TS is set to off

Just noticed today when walking by outside that I could hear and feel air coming out of the exhaust from the furnace, I could also feel that the intake was sucking in air.

I checked my TS again and it is set to System-Off. When I stand by the furnace it sounds like a low hum like it is trying to start up.

Just wondering why the furnace would be doing this when TS is set to off. I turned the power off to the furnace for now and will be calling a tech this week. I always like to post here first and get some feedback so that I can understand the problem and also ask the tech the right questions when they are here at my house.

Seems strange to me that the furnace would be trying to run when the TS is set to OFF.

is the fan set to on on the t-stat? it runs at 50% fan speed which is real quiet. Also they run for several minutes after satisfying a cooling call.

Would that start the draft fan? He said he could feel air moving at the intake and exhaust.

Im not sure he knows what he's saying, are we talking about the draft enducer motor for heat or the indoor blower motor that moves the air in the house?

The TS has fan set to off. Sorry I didn't know what the terms were for the different fans. The indoor blower motor is not running, it's the draft fan which I can feel and hear when I'm outside where they exit the house.

an open limit "should" run both fans.

Yes I do have AC and it is working fine. It was on 2 days ago but the TS has been set to OFF ever since.

I thought I would try something else so I turned the the TS on to heat to see what would happen. After a few minutes with nothing happening the Furnace beeped three red LED codes which from the back of the furnace panel means pressure switch fault. (I did also check this LED before I asked for heat when I first saw the problem and it was doing a steady beep which means everythings OK I think.)

It's nice to have some more information at least but still doesn't explain why the draft fan was running continously.......strange.
