DX9100 sequencer module
Maybe I'm just thick headed but I cant get this module working right.
I'm controlling supply air temp by turning on/off 2 compressors.
I want lead compressor to turn on and if after a time it's not able to make
60 degrees, I want #2 to turn on. I have other parameters but they're all working. Right now I get 2 compressors all the way to SA low.
SA temp High control = 70 low control = 52 input on inc@
Stage 1 % 60 Stage 2% 40 diff %20
comp 1 is Stage 1 first of 1
comp 2 is Stage 2 first of 1
Hoping that's enough data.
Not much hair left, please help.

It's hard enough controlling DX off of DA-TEMP control, your SEQ module needs to be defined as a 2 stage control, Stage 1 on @ 20%, set Stage 2 @ 60 which would activate that Stage @ 80%, set your PID Prop @ 35-40 and Integral Time @ .1, zero out the Derivative. Make sure retroactive = 1. That should be a decent starting point, Good Luck.

Thanks all, I'll try those settings. Makes a little more sense, the percent loads are additive.
In the meantime, I'm banging the comp's off ACO's in the PLC's. Ideally I'd prefer the sequencer since you get all those neat little inputs to boot. One module's worth a dozen lines of plc.
