    Scotsman CME 506

I have one that's cycling the condenser fan every 30 sec during freeze cycle AFTER the initial (turn on) cycle.

Discharge sensor ohms are in line ( 2300-2440 ), have good connection on the pins. Charge is correct.

Cycling about 38-40min like this. Need mo.

    Any sugestions?

No error code. Head goes to 375 then back down with the fan. Suction hangs tough.

Got ahold of Scotsman. Nice guys. Stepped it through a sequence and unplugged the sensor. She runs fine now. They said even though it was reading good ohms, the board wasn't seeing it. Or something like that. My ears were full of sweat while we talked. Will call them back in the am.

    Thanks

had a CME 256 that was not responding to inputs correctly (bin eyes if i remember right) turned out the solder connections had broken at the pins. 10 minutes with a soldering iron and it was good as new.
