A colonoscopy saved my life. I was diagnosed with colon cancer in Dec of '08 at 44 years old.

Don't be a fool, wimp, or both. Get a colonoscopy.

I will be getting a follow-up colonoscopy in Dec of '09 to see if any cancer has returned, especially in the area where a segment of the colon was removed and then sewn back together.

I will update the above post after the follow-up colonoscopy.
