No doubt, I'm not interested in drywalling my crawlspace

For now (when it gets a little cooler) I'm going to clean the thing out really good and lay down the poly.

I know I cant screw anything up doing that!

What's the best way to attach foamboard to cinder block? A Hilti gun?

You don't use a hammer drill with tapcons. Put on a hex head bit and go for it. Easy as pie.

I tried to do that with a Tapcon screw into my slab to hold down a u channel for one of those Pergo floor transitions to another room. It didnt work for **** without a pilot hole. Cinder block is different?

. With sleeve off and drill bit exposed, drill pilot hole 1/4" deeper than recommended anchor embedment. Snap proper anchor socket onto end of sleeve. Slide drive sleeve over drill bit.

    2. Insert head of Tapcon® anchor into hex or phillips socket.

    3. Put point of anchor into pre-drilled hole and drive until anchor is fully seated.
