no fan and no compressor but plenty of volts

I have an hs29-461 lennox with the compressor and fan both not working. What is common to the two? Voltage is there from the source and the relays/contactor all appear to be working well and the signal from the board is good.
Is it the Dual Capacitor? I don't use the system that often so I know the coil is clean.....

no d.i.y info provided here. this shouldn't be a shock to anyone as we all had to read the rules and regulations of the web site prior to becoming members. call a professional or gather your information elsewhere. we don't make our livings by encouraging people to repair their heat and air systems themselves.

You already checked more then you should have.

Its time to call a service company.
No harm wanting to save some money. Just time to bite the bullet and call out a service tech.
