Yep, as much as I liked a good steak once in awhile, I gave it up a little over 2 months ago. I found that if I would eat a burger, it would make me feel ill, same with all the cow cuts. What does this mean???, it means more steak for you and a happy stomach for me.
Who knows what the heck their injecting moo cows with these days...
PS...I still wear leather shoes.

A lot of commercial hamburger has concentrated soy in it to enhance the protein. Soy in concentration can cause all kinds of intestinal problems.
Also, some people just don't process beef well. Moderation and eating only good cuts of meat is what I suggest.
