    YORY YCAI issues

Customer has an older YCAI 16/46D with the rotary type setpoint dials on the microprocessor, do not have the IOM and barely a diagram. Circuit one sits in the "C" sart mode and won't progess, circuit two progresses through delay mode and starts, any input would be appreciated - Thanks

Check your safeties. Something is open holding it out. It's old I would see if it has gas first. Maybe it's flat. Low pressure, oil, high pressure.

Once the old jewel would'nt go, jumped out the motor protector, high pressure control, the other items are transducers which all have a normal reading for a machine sitting idle, did not try switching the lead lag, wanted to keep what little cooling was going on -on line.

If you set call for cooling low enough I would think both stages would go on.
Does it have any manual safeties hiding? You checked the pressure and it is gassed up? If you have no power at the compressor contactor coil I would bounce through the control voltage to see what's stopping it. It will take a little longer without a cheatsheet on the cover but it's not too fancy that you can't trace out a few wires. good luck
