Is corrections that bad of a place to work at? I'm guessing that most guys that were participating on here got picked up already and have no use for this thread anymore...

Most guys here prob got pick up id say. I pop in time to time. Corrections ive heard isnt bad and you make great money but do you really want to work in that enviorment?. If you got nothing else going for you take it buti wouldnt work there even if my base was 200k

Marine Engine Room Blue Book by William D. Eglinton is a very good resource, also Boilers: A Practical Reference
Book by Kumar Rayaprolu and Boiler operator's guide Book by Anthony Kohan are some key resource. There are many resources are available online.
