    They write 50AMP max on the A/C lable for a reason

    This should do it.




    My Brother is digging into this after a property inspector found the burned up or corroded wiring, he didn't catch the 100AMP C/B, my Brother noticed that as he turned off the power to work on it.

    On a side note they did use a HACR type breaker.

    Seems like it burned to the Ground wire , is that correct? Found RTU in the same fashion , 50apm max ,150 amp 3ph. 208 vac. breaker. Melted exploded contactor and wires...fed with #6 wire . What the hell Bobby?!

    Also looks like a bit of corrosion due to some high humidity or perhaps liquid contact? Water and electricity don't mix well...

    2 pole, 50 amp max

    2 x 50= 100.

    100 amp breaker it is!
