Card Access using Distech

I have a building with the Distech EC-ACC controller set up with all the other hardware needed for the card access. The problem I am having setting it up is that everywhere I look, it seems as if I HAVE to use LonMaker to set up the database. We usually use LonWatcher for all of our LON stuff, so I was really hoping I could somehow create this DB for my building and upload it without needing to buy LonMaker. Is this possible? Or am I stuck having to purchase LM?

This used to/ is eStructures card access. The plugins are global. Any LNS software should be able to pull up a global plugin.

I can't imagine Lonwatcher doesn't allow for that.
