Carrier Infinity Stat - Diagnostic mode
Can anyone help me on how to get into the Diagnostic mode with the Carrier Infinity Stat? I just wanted to get in to check on some of the default settings. I know it has something to do with holding two buttons at the same time (it is not in the owner manual). Can anyone help? Thanks!

It's in the Installation manual. You hold one button in for 10 seconds to access the menus. If you are a homeowner be carefull. You don't want to customize yourself into a service call. Thats one of the reasons we don't leave install manuals with the HO.
If you are truly a new hvac guy then you likely have the proper manual at your shop.If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.
On the train of consequences there ain't no turning back.

You hold the advanced button for 10 seconds. I'm a homeowner, and they left all of the instructions for the Infinity thermostat at the pocket on the furnace -- not just the basic home owner stuff. Here is the installation manual for the infinity zone control thermostat (which is where you find the diagnostic settings) --it explains what all the settings are and what they do, etc.:

I'm glad they left this manual -- as there is a lot of good info in there. And I'm able to check on whether the installer deviated from the "default" settings or not.
