I have an owner who had his McQuay RTUs upgraded and I am trying to pull the alarms out of their controller. Instead of 3 levels of alarms, I am told that I can see exactly what that alarm is. The system is WebCtrl 3.0 and I tried to Discover the new points with no success. I can Discover each of the units but no points show up under each unit. The ALC factory is telling me that if I can't Discover the alarm points, the problem is on the McQuay end.

There is a MSV point in Eikon that looks like you can add an alarm number and associate a text message with it. I'm guessing that you poll a McQuay point, receive the alarm as a number, and the MSV associates and displays an alarm text based on that number.
