* 1/2 cup chili sauce
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
* 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
* dash Worcestershire sauce
* few drops hot sauce
* salt to taste
Use horseradish, not the creamy horseradish.

I bought some hot sauce when I was on vacation in port St. Joe FL called Ed's Red . It is made in St. Joe and is real damn good. It says it's an oyster's best friend right on the bottle. Tomato sauce,peppers, lemon juice, horseradish. Yum.
