Built in Grill Wall of Pride

Did this job a few years ago for a real nice client. There is about a 10' glass overhang above, so we installed a 1000 cfm roof top mounted exhaust for the Viking hood over the grill.
No sense in getting smoke on the ceiling.
Trust me, I know what I'm doing.

Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

If everything was always done "by the book"....the book would never change.

    impressive
The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.

    That is gorgeous no doubt.

But when I see a home like that, that is picture perfect I wonder if they ever use it or have any fun ?????

I try to take care of my grille but still it looks like crap because I use the hell out of it this time of the year.
