I'd like to know how they plan on painting the wall. It's still bare grey stucco.

The wall installers moved the unit closer to the house.
Karst means cave. So, I search for caves.

Oh come on you don't need pads in arizona. It never rains here. There's no moisture. LIKE that ground will ever settle, or that brick ever move. Come on 25 years from now there will still have been next to no rain. You don't need condenser pads.
Code specifically states "minimum 3 inches above grade" THIS QUALIFIES! Hilarious as it may seem.

Does chainsaw charlie have any brands that he doesnt install, I have seen pics of bad Carrier installs, bad trane installs has any other dealers ever considered getting his dealership revoked or having a disgruntled h/o sueing the manufacter along with him due to a substandard install? I worked for a new construction company in Houston that did a substandard install on a upper end custom home that had extensive mold damage caused by the installation contractor by either a drainage problem or drastic oversizing, my info came from the manufacter's lawyer so the specifics were not clear but in the end the general contrator, hvac installation contractor and the manufacturer were all sued by the homeowner and it almost caused the HVAC contractor a name brand dealership
