This is a new home we finished last week, it was almost 2 years in the making to get this home from conception to completion on the HVAC system.
It has a slinky loop field(not our normal) because of the lot size and hill and wetlands making it difficult to do a pit or racetrack while equalizing pipe length. It has a total of 13 tons, a 4 ton Synergy 3D WaterFurnace unit that runs the lower floor radiant and master bedroom radiant as well as forced air heating and cooling on the left side of the home and a desuperheater attached to a Navien NR210a tankless water heater. On the right side of the home is a WaterFurnace split NDZ system with Lifebreath HRV.
The pool is a 6 ton WaterFurnace NSW unit with a marine grade heat exchanger for the salt water pool backed up by a 400K BTU pool heater for initial startup and if they decide to use the system on the colder days of the year. Let me know what you think!
