war funding ainta drop in the bucket
the USA is funding this war without even batting an eye.
thanks to the TREMENDOUS amount of money Americans are extorted from every year, the government hasn't had to raise taxes or sell war bond.
the war has cost less then 3 trillion , our yearly economy pulls in 14 trillion.
some parties would have you believe fighting terrorists is a big waste of money.
some parties would use the war as an excuse to raise taxes.
some parties would have you believe that a tax cut is bad for you.
vietnam = 10% of GNP
Korea = 15% of GNP
WW2 = 45% of GNP
war on Terror = < 3 trillion divided over years
the FACT is , the government was already robbing Americans of enough money to pay for a war , before the war ever started.
but , you know, change of power soon, i'm sure SOMEONE will be using it as an excuse to raise taxes.
