    humidifier in attic??

We have no option but to install a bypass humidifier in a attic. I need a form to release liability from our company.

Sure you do George, have other options that is.

At least you could maybe use this vast message board and it's members
who may be able to suggest to you what you might be able to do instead of installing a humidifier in attic

First lay out where this home is, what city for example.

kinda give us a general overall layout of the home

    Maybe there is a solution

Here is an alternative that may work in some places

Call Apriliaire's Tech line and see if they can help you design a sensible way to do it.

They have a site for contractors,

Somewhere on there is a technical support line, I called it once, but I dont have the number written down.....

Look, I am not an attny. But been to courts....

    1) Reconsider installing humidifier in the attic. You know what could happen.

    2) Waiver of liability means absolutly nothing. They should provide you with one....

If it is not worded to the letter of your state law it is not worth much. Well it could work in the small claims, but not much beyond that.

Legal papers are not as difficult to write as one may think.

    Waiver of Liability

I, FirstName LastName, owner of the house, address etc etc, requested company ZZZ to perform humidifier installation in the attic.

I understand risks inherent, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge CompanyName, its installers, officers, owners, and employees from any liabilities associated with this job.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and I agree to be legally bound by it.

I acknowledge that the Waiver is contractual and is intended to be as
absolute and complete as the law permits, and if any portion is held invalid,
it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect.

Been there, done that, don't do it! Aprilaire makes a humidifier that you can install in a closet wall..........Model 350 I think.
