Talent tool
Some larger corporations use a test consisting of questions about your state of mind or feelings. The answers being strongly agree or up to strongly disagree. What are they trying to gauge . How can there be a correct or incorrect answer. Anybody have experience with this type of testing.

Sounds like one of those tests to determine what kind of temperment one has. Looking for someone who won't beat down someone at the slightest provocation maybe. LOL

Personality test
It is a personality test and even if youdont know the words it is very, very, very accurite. It is not pass or fail Or i would fail it.
