The power went out for 20 minutes and when it came on my A/C fan wont work . I own a Rheem RQPM 14 SEER 3.5 ton unit. The units exaust fan kicks on , but the fan wont kick on. Is there something I can do or do I have to call a repairman ? Please Help.

if adjusting the thermostat does not bring it back on. (most have a 5 minute delay so, be sure and wait for that) you should call a technician. also, many utilities have smart boxes attached to a/c units, so they are not pounded with hundreds of a/c systems all coming on at the same time. if you have a load control discount, that is likely what is happening. there should be a box near the disconnect of your a/c system with a blinking light on it.
The TRUE highest cost system is the system not installed properly...

It sounds like your furnace has detected a fault and you need a service tech to determine what that fault is and correct it.

Yes, your right. I was assuming he meant the condenser fan wouldn't run but the blower would. I was just trying to offer a little help without crossing the line with a DIY'er.
