    Valve core removal tool

I was wondering which CRT is the best one to get. I currently have 2x c&d ball valve crts. They are only about a 1 1/2 years old but both have failed. One has a bad gasket and the other one has a defect on the end piece that holds the valve core. I they worth fixing if possible. Or should I invest in a better set. Also which ones would be vacuum rated. Thanks

C&Ds are easily repairable and are good to 200 microns.

Appion are good to 20 microns.

I use both with equal success.

BTW, your current crts are repairable for lees than the cost of a new one.

Appions have lasted longer for me than the C&D did.

My C&Ds have lasted just as long as my Appions. And I didn't have to send my plungers back on my C&Ds either.

Appion seems to hold up better than the JB ones as well.

My yellow jackets have lasted as long as my appions. The appions do have a more "solid" feel to them though.

Dude... Did'ja know you're always trying to flaunt your "superior tool knowledge" and it comes off as a pompus ass? At least on this side of the screen it does.
