    High Blood Pressure vs. Garlic

    Hey....
Garlic is a very popular natural treatment for high blood pressure. It
appears from a 2005 study that using fresh garlic in your diet may be
more effective than using supplemental forms.
Allicin, the active ingredient in garlic . . .is destroyed within
one hour of smashing the garlic. This means that garlic pills are
virtually worthless and should not be used.
Instead, when you use the garlic, compress it with a spoon prior to
swallowing it, or put it through your juicer to add to vegetable
juice. Just be careful not to put too much as raw garlic has a
powerful flavor and can cause some unpleasant surprises.

I don't know if it works but I do eat a lot of garlic and my blood pressure isn't high. I eat lots of garlic in food and also put a clove into each glass when I make vegetable and non-citrus fruit juice; carrot, radish, apple, etc. We go though about a pound or more of fresh garlic per week here.

Another benefit I have noticed is that ever since I have been eating it - which is pretty much my whole life - I am never bothered by vampires, werewolves, or anything like that.

I eat Garlic too. I've worked on gravel roofs that are covered with Chiggers. Not one of them touched me, while other guys get eaten alive.

When you cook garlic, you destroy that active ingredient Allicin.

Garlizyme is the only garlic supplement I am aware of that preserves the allicin. All other garlic supplements just take your money.

[I'm not bothered by vampires, werewolves, or anything like that either!]
