Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Assurance Manager, the selected candidate will deliver post-sales technical support and training of HVAC products to customers and distributors of existing products or supplemental sales. In addition, this person will provide technical training on products as needed and handle high call volume of customer calls in a call center environment. Some overnight travel in assigned territory will be required.

· Generate strong partnership relationships with sales
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Exceptional communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Solid understanding of HVAC industry from sales, installation and service views.
· Proficient in Conflict resolution
· Ability to perform technical training to large audiences.
· Professional Personality

· AA/AS degree or Technical School Training w/ 5-10+ years experience required
· BA / BS degree with 2 - 5+ years experience, preferred
