    Zimbonehead wants his gun back.

Wonder if he will get it back....... he should....IMHO

and I wonder if it is headed for an auction......

I bet Daddy has already bought him another gun...... hopefully something other than a kel tec....

So Im thinking he is wanting it to auction.

If you watched the end of the trial when the judge pronounced the verdict the judge gave an order from the bench to release all the evidence. That would include the firearm.

I was involved in a court case where my revolver was held as evidence. At the moment the case was over and I was cleared the judge gave an order to release my firearm to me. That is standard operating procedure.

i had a traffic ticket that got lost in the system.
i hired a lawyer to get rid of it, but he couldn't find it and told me it was gone.

some time later i had to take a gun to the police station to get it registered.

the police informed me i had a warrant for my arrest.
they asked me if it was traffic and i said "yeah"
they said they woudn't register my gun until i got the warrant taken care of.
a few minutes later a lesbian cop come out and said "I CAN'T BELIEVE i have to give you your gun back"

i almost said "That pesky Constitution again eh?"
...but i decided not to push my luck.

i had a warrant, they didn't arrest me, AND they handed me my gun back LOL

Give the man his gun back...hopefully he will save the taxpayers even more money in the future.
