    repeated board failures are often caused by poor grounding issues.

    I had that problem and it was a stuck contactor in the condenser unit

    Usually when the blower relays stick its in the off position. I've never run across a blower relay on a board that was stuck on.

    Ok guys finally got back to customers and replaced board. I lost the "heat" call to the blower, great.Walked outside to write up bill,condenser is running!Go inside blowers off! WTF! I did not mention in my original post,"intermitant water under furnace". Found call for cool at Y,not at G. Replaced thermostate (explain that to customer!) problem solved,I hope!

    Intermittent water under the furnace is definitely a problem. You might check the primary drain and ensure it's not backing up, water on the board would explain why you keep having to replace it.
