either A testo contact thermometer or UEI Apollo 4 thermometer with K type thermocouples.I do not trust the thermometers on fieldpiece stick meters. they drift as bad as my ass man 4.

I've never had this problem all my thermocouples/thermistors are within 2 degrees of each other (cooper blue box, black box, uei dl379, fp hs36 clamps and probes, testo 410-2, extech temp probe, fp folding stick probe, cooper stick probe and my DC AK900 Velcro and clamp probes). I trust all of them and cross check them regularly.
