Carrier Infinity problem
Has anyone seen a fault of VC startup volt. Outside was giving me a code of VC/VH fault. While checking out it just started and went faults were gone. still in history. Any ideas.

I think it's because you didn't have power to the outdoor unit before the indoor.

8 faults and never reset power

The outdoor board is probably flashing a 6 code which means a voltage out of range-either too high or low. Usually there is an issue with the kick-start relay which is particular for those 2 stage units. If the comp. will operate just replace the kick start relay and cap. that come together. HC95DA401 for a 5 ton unit or HC95da700 for a 4 ton.
