    Visual PM

Did not want to unscrew anything, all units around it looked the same, no installer will take their old condensers off roof, its a cond graveyard. It's on tall hotel at So Padre Island. Any idea if scrapyard will take coils?

I don't think a crane can be parked in lot, very slim parking and front is beach, Contractors with splits to replace go up elev then walk up two flights of stairs and are in no mood afterwards to lug rust buckets down and helo is out of question.

Probably not enough to justify the time and aggravation of lugging them down. Charge them in the slow season to remove and dispose?

Hell just take coils and leave the rest.
You need to put the phone down and get back to work!

Compressors are about $13 a piece in scrap. If I lived there I'd scrap it all.

This post needs its own thread on the wall of shame. Get on youtube and learn how to strip them. Takes 10 minutes and get 5x that easy.

Oh ya. I'm thinking saws all and a couple dollies. I'd ask them if I could come in on a weekend and take care of that for them.
