    New and improved strapping procedures?!

    Went to check out an rtu at a strip mall yesterday evening and when I got up on the roof heading to my unit I passed these beauties! That's some quality work right there man!

    Does LA have a state conditioned air lic board? Assuming they do and the contractor who installed that would need a lic for commercial work I think you can make him wish he never did that. In GA you can turn someone in for real substandard work both residential and commercial.

    Takes time but they could get fined, reprimanded, forced to redo bad work or all of that. They also could get their lic suspended, put on probation or revoked. Thank you very much

    Send the pics and the units serial number to Ruud and ask them if they approve the way their equipment was installed.
