    Rookie

    Customer called and said there was water dripping from ceiling. Can you spot what the rookie did on this horizontal unit?

    If thats a horizontal unit then your rookie hooked up to the wrong drain pan. I think. Your first pic is a little confusing.

    Yea that's the vertical pan but why didn't the safety pan contain the leak?

    One of our morons did the same thing recently. And float switch was set so high that water overflowed rather than the unit be shut off.

    cant tell if thats a safety pan or not. Doesnt look like one. I hate it for the company, that whole ceiling will have to be painted.

    Looks like the stand pipe is capped.
    I do see that he used the wrong drain port also....
