There is couple of hundreds brothers on "waiting for a job" list in local 73 and local 265,IL.It's not a first post from Union SM company on Chicago Craig's list.

Anyway I hope someone get lucky and may find a good company to work for.Unfortunately I do not have us much experience,and I'm from local 265,Carol Stream,IL

Not really.Local 73(Cook county) and Local 265 Suburbs of Chicago have HVAC apprentice 5 years programs(Installers and service)

Maybe they are trying to get around the BA buddies that are never out of work yet may not perform to expectations that get sent out from a call to the hall and rather reach out to the other "union brothers" that are stuck on the "list".
