    FLASHLIGHT - what's the best

I'm looking to spend a little money to get a better than average flashlight. Maybe rechargable. Definitely bright. Would like to keep it about the size of the AA Mag flashlight. It seems like every time I turn around I'm grabbing for my flashlight. Just wanted to get some different ideas. Thanks.

notice the shield around bulb. great for poking wholes in filter boxes. Carry with one finger instead of two hands.

    I use a Surefire 6PX Pro.
    It uses 2 CR134 batteries.
It has 2 intensities 15 lumen and 200 lumen.
Not the cheapest flashlight or batteries but I can usually buy a box of 12 genuine surefire for $19.00

Surefire. I've got several of them going back 10 years or so and they all still work great. Have only had the tailcap switch wear out over time and 1 call to warranty and I have a new one in the mailbox within a couple days. Just make sure to get an LED model. They pay for themselves in reduced battery cost many times over.

Been carrying the Terralux but have now switched over to Streamlight ProTac lights. Still carry the HCRI model Terralux because it allows me to see colors better.
