    Manufacturers recommend it if it is possible. A new lineset will prevent objections in the event of a warranty claim.
    If the lineset cannot be replaced it should be blown out with dry nitrogen. The purpose is to ensure that no mineral oil remains in the old lineset that could potentially contaminate the lubricant in the new system.
