Wow! You mean if I take a 50% pay cut I can have all the free soda I want? That is way cool. Where do I sign up? Actually, my wifes uncle has worked for Pepsico for 20 years and would recommend it to absolutely nobody. The jo he performs is the one that is advertised.
Seriously though, I work as a McD tech and what you must be seeing are ads for store maintenance. Those are the guys who filter the grease and change the bulbs and unload the trucks, etc.
