    MR. BRENT RIDLEY
DO YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT MY QUESTION WITH THE THERMOSTAT SYSTXCCUID01-V- IT HAS NO BATTERY
IF WE LOSE AC POWER TO THE HOSE FOR 7 DAYS, WHEN THE AC COMES BACK ON --WHAT WILL THE SETTINGS BE.
HAVE SEEN STATEMENTS ABOUT MFG FALL SETTINGS. ANY IDEA WHAT THOSE SETTINGS WOULD BE. IF THE OUTSIDE TEMPATURE IS
WAY BELOW 0 WILL MY PIPES FREEZE. I KNOW THE CLOCK WILL NOT BE CORRECT.

If the outside temp is below 0°F and you lose power for 7 days, yes your pipes will freeze.

You bought a specialized control. that only works on certain Carrier and Bryant equipment. You'll need to find out from the contactor that sold installed your equipment. he can email carrier, and they will answer him.

    Infinity control questions

    Ok Dkirik,

The infinity has built in chip (forget the name) that will store the programming and settings for a long time. I'm not sure of an exact number as to how long but I believe it is a pretty long time (months).

If you are that concerned about it, swap to an infinity wifi touch controller. With this stat you can check and change the temp from a computer or app. This will allow you to monitor/change temps from whatever location you're at. See the link below.

    THANKS BRENT RIDLEY. AGAIN
NOT THAT WORRIED. DIDN'T KNOW IF I SHOULD BE OR NOT. DO YOU KNOW IF ITS A
E-SQUARED ROM ? KNEW ABOUT THE WIFI/app. WAS HOPING DIDN'T NEED TO DO THAT.
THAT'S GOOD INFO. DON'T KNOW WHY CARRIER DON'T JUST SAY THAT. SINCE I CAN'T
GET CARRIER. THE CHIP NUMBER WOULD BE GREAT. PROBABLY THAT IS TOP SECRET.
THAT WHY A SIMPLE ANSWER LIKE YOU GAVE IS GOOD.
    IS THE SWAP FREE.?
