    York Simplicity VAV RTU

Saw my first York simplicity unit. Unit is a VAV RTU with and Eaton VFD on supply fan. I see that it has setra pressure sensor
It feeds about 14 VAV boxes. From what I see the contractor that did the VAVs, did them as stanalone type, and RTU was done by a different contractor.
I see that there is a standard 2H2C tstat connected to the RTU right now.
I want to disconnect the tstat and run the RTU via Modbus,
    Questions:
    - Does the RTU talk Modbus by default? If so, how do I set its comm parameters and its address?
    - What duct pressure setpoint does it maintain and can I adjust this via Modbus?
    - How does the SAT setpoint is controlled and can I adjust setpoint via Modbus
    - Anyone has a Modbus point map?

    Model is ZF180N32Q5BZZ10004B

here are two pictures of the boards inside.

    thank you.

You can download the software, Simplicity PC from the York website but you need the usb converter which will explained also on the website. Also search Simplicty control and InteliComfort on the york website, it will detail the controls there....You can purchase a S Link from York which is a bacnet MSTP gateway for the unit if you want to bring it in to a supv controller.......

    Thanks, I will do that.
Do you have any quick links to the Modbus points map?

Would like to control directly via Modbus, no need for BACnet on this job..

    Thanks Joey.
I did review those documents quickly, but I guess I do not see a points map. I do see where it says that modbus registers start at zero, but I fail to see a proper points list.
Am I missing something, or is there a points' list somewhere?
I do see a list of settable parameters, but from what I read, that is what you set via the push buttons on the board. Are the Modbus registers a mirror of this list?

Sorry Amigo don't have the registers, just found some quick helpful links so I'm unsure on the registers.

Thanks. I will try that. But seems like for constant volume rather than vav.
I found this as well, seems like it may be it:
    vav point map

I will try them both when I am back at site.

After having replaced the SLink gateways 3 times on 3 units in a year I gave up and ripped them out and used Modbus. I will send you some info.

I think S-Link stands for $hit-link. From what we have seen its not very reliable. Use Modbus and save yourself a huge headache.

Hey Guys, I would also like to rip out yet another failed s-linc, although it should be a decent product since its made by Field Server. Anyway the supplier wants an astronomical amount of money for this simple device. Would anyone have a Delta Controls database c/w GWT and the mapped AV's, BV's, and MV's they'd care to share for the Simplicity Elite Board, used in the Millennium Rooftop AHU? Or an trials or tribulations you've encountered in doing this.
