I try to keep my sman3 out of the rain. Did good all last year but they got rained on a couple times in the past few weeks. So far so good, but I'll still try to keep them dry.

Thanks for the reply. Does the micron gauge on you sman3 work well , one of the reasons I bought it is because I keep going thru micron gauges. At 170 bucks gets costly quick. I bet I bought no less then 4 in the last 12-18 months. I'm not going to say what brand but it starts with a c and ends with s and has a p in the middle.

I've only used it once. It did seem to work okay. I use a megaflow kit with no gauges now. Before that I used a Titan manifold. I've heard mixed reviews on the micron gauge.
I have the complete megaflop kit including the gauges, I don't use the gauge set I only use the appion's and the hoses hooked directly to my vacuum pump. I have the TEZ 8. I use a micron gauge on 1 side port of the appion valve core tool. If this new sman4 micron gauge don't work properly I'm just gonna use pressure test and bubble test only from now on. Who can afford to keep buying micron gauge every 3 months.

I do it the same way. Which CPA micron gauge did you have? I have had the vg200 for a little over a year now and it hasn't given me any problems yet. A lot of guys on here always talk about the blu vac. I guess that one is supposed to be pretty good.
If your already using a megaflow going back to a manifold seems backwards.
I used the sman4 "micron" feature today with my Yellowvac (DMG 200), There was about 100 to 100 microns differential. But after a bout an hour the head pressure went to 104. I was going nutso. Finally brought out the 570's hi side 185. Low was the same as with the Sman's about 18.
When I finished I put a t fitting on an r22 tank and powered up both sets of gauges. 175.2 on both sets. So what the. I will check them out on something else on Thursday. Any one have any thoughts?
