    I'm from the middle tn area and I do commercial cooking equip/ref/hvac very few residential hvac also do air balance in commercial cooking area with hood/hvac/mua setups. I like to read this board for a few years now its nice to have so much info in one place. I thought I did one of these a few years ago but seems the few posts I had are gone.

    Air balancing huh, do you do that during operational hours or pre open hours for the restaraunt side?
