Anyone taking a vacation this month?
I was wondering how many people take a vacation when their kids are out on Spring Break. The winter is the only time that we seem to be able to take a few days away from the shop and I was wondering how many HVAC people are the same way.

Looks like fun, we're off to Florida to see some family we haven't seen in 3 yrs and we're going to Universal for the first time. This will be my boy's first airplane flight.

In the last 23 years I have been to Florida 20 times, always leaving for spring break, always going somewhere different. Since 1991 I have taken my travel trailer with me, which I sold four years ago.
I love the drive, however spring break 2002 was hell, the entire world drove down I-75 to Florida, traffic was intense to say the least.
You gus can fly................I love the drive!

I normally only vacation in March. Shops slow month and my birthday month. This year were going to Cabo, and I want to avoid spring break and Easter is too much monies, so it's Apr 22-29
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

18 hour trip for us when the traffic is normal, 1hr50min flight. It's like adding two days to our vacation. We'll be gone for 6 days which is the longest we've ever taken off."You do not merely want to be considered just the best of the best. You want to be considered the only ones who do what you do.".... I am bucking the tend and going north. Flying up to home town.
The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.

I'm on vacation right now, and I'm going to Florida..........wait , I'm already here.
One advantage of working for someone else, I have alot more time to burn.If everything was always done "by the book"....the book would never change.

Back to back business trips end of March -- OK City (ugh) followed by Phoenix (yeah). Should get in some golf in Phoenix. It is a sales meeting.
Back to OKC in May for a factory dealer trip (also known as golf excursion).
Oh, it's good to be in wholesale.
Merry Christmas
