We found about 12 cells cracked in this unit.My boss tried to get the customer to replace it because we've had countless amount of problems with this unit.They said no so we priced the replacement of the exchanger super high.They went for it.Sorry no befor pics but this was a pain also.Myself,a seinor tech and a helper 3 days.I enjoyed the experience!

that is defiantly one big heat exchanger. looks liked it sucked to replace. nice work.
