ok found some bulletin info , it was a cable from printer that was conflicting system, have it all up now. is there any "newer" software - front end- that would run this gcm 8000 system or is signal it for this older product?. also if the costumer wanted to replace this system with something newer, what are my options so that it stays open for us to work on and service, we not anybodys authorized dealer or factory trained representative...and also retain as much of the existing hardware/controllers as possible.

Have XPSI, MZ but no documentation. Any manuals for trouble shooting, programming BC would be awesome. Shows all site as "Empty" and "Disconnected".
