    I am not necessarily disagreeing with above. But we need to find out if boiler is fueled by oil or nat gas. If oil, then a heat pump would seem to be the logical choice with a small heat strip. Heat strip might require electric service upgrade. Best to have electric service looked at by dealer for available capacity and open circuits.

    The boiler fuel source is gas. Range and dryer are electric. Thank you for all the replies. I really appreciate this discussion as it gives me a ton of information.
