Condenser Source
I'm hoping that somebody has an easy solution to my problem/question. In the past the condensers that I have used were either purchased on ebay or stripped from donor dehumidifiers. The systems I build are based around 1/3 to 1/2 hp compressors and move 150 to 250 watts of heat with evap temperatures peaking around -30 celsius at full load with the condenser's under ~180 psi. I'm in search of a source of small condensers that are roughly 1 foot by 1 foot by 5 inches or so. I've contacted condenser fabricators and the prices were outrageous, does anyone know of a place to purchase such condensers? Sadly none of the condensers I've used have model numbers stamped into them so I can't order them as replacement parts. Thanks for any help, it's most frustrating trying to find parts for anything smaller than a 1 ton system.
ps- these systems are used to cool computer processors and graphics cards for those that are curious. There are various commercial systems available but I'm part of the small group of builders that build these things as a hobby.

I use th esmaller ones for 1/5 to 1/2 hp systems Low temp R507 the larger condenser is for up to 1.5 hp Low temp R507 applications, I use these in my two and three stage cascade systems as well as the multiple refrigerant autocascade systems.

Looks like one of jinu's units, Kinda expensive but they do fly, I started teaching the guys on XS how to build these back in '02', the current state of the tech is about -35 to -50 for basic units using my evaporator/mounting kit with a capillary tube and -80 to -120c using my cascade two stage with a CPEV to control the temperature of the evaporator using a feeder tube.
ANYone wants teh designs for these units I will post them here and start a discussion on the how to's and some basic cascade tech also.. Just PM me ( if I can figure out how to get teh PM box to work...)

You got my hopes up.
My hobby refrigerating antique ice boxes. I was looking for static condensers and a suppler.
If I can get new components I would like to make reproductions of old ice boxes for sale. People like them for the family rooms etc.

I toyed with that idea but it would be too labor intense I would think. But look what Mr. Ice came up with. I think this might be the site.
I looked and looked on the internet and couldn't come up with anything. Good eye. I bet that Bundy will have what I am looking for. Thanks

Jerry.....
Bundy makes rolled bond aluminum evaporators, too!

I hope they don't have a 1000 unit minimum order policy.
