need help

Hey guys my name is ali and i am 21 years old .I live in Toronto Ontario. I use to work as a Tool and Die maker for 2 years do to job prospects not looking good. I decided to attending george brown college for a gas technician 3 course night time . I also work part time for heating and Air Conditioning Company.My problem is I only get 15 hours week. I have asked the owner to give me more hours but no luck. I have told him more than ones that I can work 40 hours but he says well talk later and never do. I have been looking around for a new job but i am having a hard time finding one. If there is anyone from Toronto who is hiring please let me know.
