Lennox G61 MPV / heat pump problems

Had a Lennox xp 19 heat pump and a G61 MPV gas furnace installed last year. It appears that everytime my heat pump times out (set at 40 min.) or the outside temperature goes below my low balance set point (30 deg. F) the gas furnance will turn on ( this is good). The problem is that when the tempture returns to above my low balance point the heat pump will not come back on. Every once and awhile I have to turn the G61 breaker off and on to reset it. I have had my installer in numerous times and they have been unable to figure this out. I am getting tired of flipping the breaker. Does anybody have any suggestions?

if dealer can't figure it out have them get a factory rep out there.

sounds like a wiring or set up problem causing hp to lock out.

is breaker for g61 tripping or is that how you bring hp out of lockout??

find out if they installed thermostat between furnace and hp coil to limit air temp when in defrost, sounds like an install problem.
