Why would anybody expect prosecution of the current administration when the previous admin got away with all that they did is a mystery to me.

Yeah we had a great country back then. Wish I could go back. Thank you, thank you very much

Thank you, my argument was the crimes stated above are tame in comparison to some that have taken place in the USA. Not that I am condoning any of them. (or any political party).

Amen brother. I wasn't quite an adult then, but those were indeed great times. If Goldwater would have won, they would have been even better. I can still remember being in the first grade at Colerain Elementary in Cincinnati, Ohio when the teacher asked:

"Who is for Goldwater"? I raised my hand and shouted "Goldwater". Of course I was only 7, and I just did that because my parents were voting Goldwater.
"Who is for Johnson"? It was about a 50/50 split.

Oops, I guess it was Johnson. Guess I was actully in the 2nd grade.

THIS is the point I think Americans have lost...

Would you trust a lieing dirtbag in a business deal? NO, most of us would figure out a way to not do business with them... rather with a better customer.
So why do we elect them, and then wonder why our country is a mess?

Do we really think they can bring home more $$$, without strings attached... really now?
Grade school kids are smarter than that... what seems to happen to adults when they 'think' they will get something for nothing... which they do not.

I see the problem as you cant be elected with out owing the ones who got you there . How many of us on here check those boxes on tax returns to give 3 dollars to the prez fund ? I think all funding should come this route except you should be able to choose what party you would like to support . No other money should be allowed to enter are political system .

The problem, IMO, is voters do not get involved and MAKE the polecats accountable.

All folks have to do is show up at townhall meetings and DEMAND answers. Yeah, it takes time and is awkward to be DIRECT and DEMAND answers...
OTOH it puts the fear of God (polecats probably fear loosing public office and the power it gives more than God) in the elected officials.

Remember: All we have to do to loose our freedom... is... NOTHING.

Get involved... it is a matter of freedom vs slavery.
